GetSiteLive provides website creation, domain registration, and web hosting services for local businesses. Our services include AI-generated website content, domain name registration through third-party registrars, and web hosting via Cloudflare.
The base package is priced at $997 (one-time) and includes domain registration, website generation, and deployment. Annual renewals for hosting and domain are $197/year. Optional add-ons are available at posted prices. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We aim to complete all provisioning within 48 hours of payment confirmation. This includes domain registration, website deployment, and DNS configuration. Delays may occur due to domain registrar processing times or third-party service availability.
If we are unable to deliver the services within 7 business days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Domain registration fees may not be refundable once the domain has been registered with the registrar. Contact us at support@getsitelive.com for refund requests.
Website content is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content on your website. You retain ownership of your domain name and business information.
After the initial year, your domain and hosting services renew annually at $197/year. We will send renewal reminders 30 days before your renewal date. If you choose not to renew, your services will expire at the end of the current period.
GetSiteLive's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business results from having a website.
